Using tried and tested coaching techniques, we will map out your path from goal identification through to desired outcome. I will then support you as you realise your action plan and provide you with specially tailored self-coaching tools that you can use in your own time.

This is what coaching is really about. I will ask you questions, and you come up with a plan. So it’s your goal, your plan and your ideas. I am just a facilitator; an objective support system with the required skills and no hidden agenda. Coaching is, in fact, the ultimate holistic personal development technique that is totally client-driven as well as non-directive, non-judgemental and subscribed to confidentiality ethics. Coaching is almost always forward looking unlike counselling and psychotherapy which tend to dig in the past.

 

To be clear, my role is not to answer questions or to solve problems. Yes, there are times when we all want advice, and that’s absolutely fine.
